Meal Choices

All meals come with a garden salad, Rosemary Garlic Mashed Potatoes, and Fresh Grilled Vegetables. To drink you will have the choice of soft drinks, lemonade, unsweetened ice tea, coffee and tea service.

You must choose one of these three for your entree’:

• Roast Beef: Slow and low roasted top round of beef, seasoned to perfection, sliced and served with a savory gravy
• Grilled Salmon: Perfectly grilled salmon, drizzled with a butter lemon white wine sauce
• Vegetarian Rigatoni: Sauteed with broccoli, sun-dried tomatoes, portabella mushrooms, and diced zucchini in a garlic white wine sauce, topped with roasted cherry tomatoes

**All desserts to be shared at the table will be silently auctioned off earlier in the evening. May the best tables win.**

How to RSVP

After receiving your invitations via the mail you may RSVP two ways:

1. Send in your RSVP card you received with your invitation by mail. Please make sure all your information is filled out.
   1. Name & Meal Choice
   2. Names & Meal Choices if you are purchasing a table for 8 or 10 guests.
   3. If needed – Sign up for FREE Childcare and check off if you would like to purchase a pizza meal for your child.
   4. Fill out the Payment section and send your payment to Faith Christian School 122 Dante St. Roseto, PA 18013
   5. Payment is accepted in the form of cash or check. Make checks payable to FCS.

   4. For Payment, you will be taken to PayPal. No PayPal account is required. FCS would greatly appreciate it if those purchasing tickets online would please cover PayPal’s 3% ($1.50) service charge. Faith makes no money on ticket sales; it all goes to cover the cost of food for the evening.
